Education Ministry boosts home-schooling with more internet, TV lessons

The Education Ministry is launching more online and television classes for students across the country whose schools remain closed to prevent transmission of Covid-19.

Education Minister Nataphol Teepsuwan said the first phase of the home-learning project is running from April 7-May 17, while the second phase will kick in from May 18-June 30.

Meanwhile, students stuck at home can also tune into the lessons being given by ONIE Online ETV. The home-learning resource is backed by the Office of the Private Education Commission and available on cable TV channels GMMz 185, DTV 252, PSI 110 and True 371.
