Police inspecting marijuana plants being grown in a commercial building in Bangkok. A 36-year-old Chinese man who made the weed factory was arrested along with eleven other Thai gang members…. the weed was sold online to tourists..
For allegedly operating a marijuana delivery service called “Heaven Herb,” 12 people were arrested at multiple venues where police say they found 317 marijuana plants, 7.5 kilograms of weed, and 1 kilogram of magic mushrooms.
The marijuana was advertised on a Line Chat group called Heaven Herb’’, which had a good following of about 6,000 members, Bangkok police chief said. It was set up by ID Line user @heavenherb.
They could produce 10kg of marijuana a month. Their customers were a mixture of Thais and foreigners, with up to 30-40 deliveries to customers a day. He had sold marijuana to thousands of customers before being caught. (earning about 700,000 baht a kilo.)
Yinma, was charged with growing the plants and setting up the operation. All suspects were charged with illegal possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
