German expat stabbed to death in Prachin Buri

A German English teacher, age 60, was found dead with multiple stab wounds to the chest inside a three-room rowhouse in Bang Pakong Hotel into Soi Roman on Wednesday morning. His former wife Sriwan Khunmak, 45, had discovered the body with a fruit knife stained with blood next to the body of Mr Nisit.

Mrs. Sriwan also told police that although they had divorced, they remained friends and she continued to visit him frequently. She said he called her on Tuesday, saying his mother had just sent him 40,000 baht from Germany, and asking her to go with him to pick it up.

The German man’s body was sent to the Chaophya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital for an autopsy while Police continue to investigate the murder.
