Thailand Wants to Charge Tourists 300 Baht Pandemic Insurance

As if the fear of travel wasn’t enough during this pandemic, travelers entering Thailand via air, land, or sea would be charged a tax. The tax would be added to the cost of their tickets or collected once foreigners arrived. The idea is, that the tax will cover the cost of pandemic insurance once inbound flights and tourism activities resume in the country.
