Chiang Mai expat finds newborn girl on roadside

Thai Rath Thai Rath reported that an American man found a newborn baby girl by the side of the road in Chiang Mai. It was a  Tuesday on his way his way home to his nearby condo when he saw a child’s arm sticking out from a pile of junk fon Soi 3 of Kaew Nawarat Road. He then stopped to take a look, it was a healthy baby. No harm, no injuries, just a normal healthy breathing baby happy to see him. The authorities were called and the baby is now in the care of Nakhon Ping Hospital. The only possible leed is from nearby video footage, but for now, the baby has assumed to be abandoned.
