Samui Protects Rare Leather Sea Turtle Nest – VIDEO

A structure is built to protect a sea turtle nest on a beach on Koh Samui.  SURAT THANI: A structure equipped with a security camera has been built to protect what local residents said is the first sea turtle nest found on a beach in a decade.

Thailand has found a large increase in nests with rare leatherback sea turtles.

It has been the biggest increase in two over two years due to beaches being left untouched during COVID-19.
