A man reported his mother missing at Dan Thap Tako Police station located in Ratchaburi Provence which started to unravel a new murder mystery. His mother Mrs. Sukanya had been missing for a while and the believes his 83-yr-old father Mr. Sanan Chanin had physically assaulted his mother. Her body was soon discovered by police at the bottom of an artesian well submerged in rainwater on June 11th. Police officials from Prachanukul Ratchaburi successfully recovered the body which was submerged beneath a murky pond during heavy rainfall. The provincial police commander revealed they have enough evidence in the case, including bank books which link suspects. For now, her body was sent to a forensic laboratory to determine her cause of death. As for the assailants, today the police will expedite the issuance of arrest warrants and will begin to make arrests. As for clues, the incident was a personal matter for the couple, they feel the killer is someone they knew closely with greed as a key motive. Also, in the investigation, it was reported that a mattress had been cut in half and dragged to the well to burn at the edge of the pond where her body was found next to smashed mortar bricks. The husband is being questioned by the police after claims that the deceased had maybe slipped and died by accident. Further investigation is needed at this time.
