On June 14th a 22-year-old young man wanted to end his life inside a resort hotel room in Tha Bo District by hanging himself. Before he tied the rope around his neck he sent a text to a rescue team just to let them know what he was about to do and coordinate the pick up of his own dead body.

The 22-year-old suicidal man sent this Facebook message to the rescue team
**Urgent event** at 18.27 pm # I am about to hang my self and end my life … If you see this message, bring my body to the hospital. I am at a resort with a single room# &^%$# with a green helmet in front of it.
After reading the message, they immediately dispatched a rescue team to the hotel and also calling the hotel manager. Hotel Staff arrived on the scene first and confirmed the man had in fact hung himself.
The rescue team arrived shortly after that and check the man’s pulse with a rope still around his neck, the man was still alive.
Mr. Nam Nam, 22 years old, a native of Tha Bo Subdistrict, was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and shorts and used plastic straps to make a noose to tie to the resort’s window. Officials performed CPR and were able to revive him before taking him to Tha Bo Crown Prince Hospital. He is in stable condition and under close watch.
