Their goal is to create a level of safety, confidence, and of course, lure people into their stores to buy. To achieve this, the Mall Group, together with AIS one of the digital leaders has developed a somewhat digital marketing solution.
They are introducing a fleet of 5G intelligent robots to enhance safety and hygiene efficiency. The Mall’s response to the new norm, the robot’s duty is to welcome you, take your temperature quickly, providing information, sanitation needs, and most importantly, getting you to smile or laugh.
The 5G intelligent robots that operate on the Live Network 5G include:
ROBOT FOR CARE (ROC) robots helps to screen and measure visitors’ temperatures before they enter the shopping center.
AIS K9 robot provides alcohol gel services within shopping centers and shopping malls.
PP robots come to welcome and show interesting examples of products and services.
The LISA robot welcomes and provides information and develops navigation systems from point A to B.
All high-efficiency 5G intelligent robots from AIS will operate to help take care of customers everyday Saturday-Sunday but only available 2 times a day from 13.00-15.00 hrs. and 17.00-19.00.
