Fire in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.

At 18.00 hrs. On 23 June, Makkasan police were notified of a fire at a camp for construction workers in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.

Officials rushed to mobilize water to extract the fire which took about 40 minutes to extinguish.  Luckily, no injuries or fatalities were reported but 85 rooms were damaged by the fire. Later, investigators determined the fire started on the first floor and quickly spread to the rest of the building.

Officials will interrogate the workers in the area of ​​the accident as well as investigate the scene thoroughly again to find the cause of the fire.
