Giant monitor lizard shocked when homeowner turns t.v. on

On June 28th, Ms. Ratha Tapianthong, an Ang Thong Provincial Rescue official, said they were called to help catch a giant monitor lizard that ran into the house in Ang Thong Province.

The monitor lizard was woken up while resting beneath a window cel after the homeowner turned the t.v on,. Suddenly, the owner then heard something crawling and hissing when he looked over and saw the giant 2-meter lizard. He rushed to call Ang Thong Provincial Rescue Officers who are experts in catching reptiles, along with their equipment.

The lizard seemed paranoid and threatening while Lying under the TV, maybe he just wanted to nap longer. Therefore the rescue officers used a lanyard to capture the lizard but not without a fight.

Eventually, they removed the giant lizard from the house and plan on returning it to back to nature but away from the owner’s house……far away!
