653 passengers from 4 countries entering Thailand, 1 high fever

COVID-19 arrivals report: At 6:00 pm on 8th of August at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The  Department of Disease Control and related agencies Conducted inspections for Thai and foreign nationals arriving from the United States (via South Korea).

The first flight from the Netherlands by Royal Dutch Airlines, flight KL875, landed at 12.25 hours, had 200 passengers, 109 Thais, 91 foreigners, of which 5 were diplomats. Screened Found a Thai passenger with a high fever 1 and 2 people suffering from illnesses, the disease control immediately escorted them to a hospital, the rest of the passengers were taken to a bus that will bring them to the Bangkok Palace Hotel Makkasan for a 14-day quarantine. Additionally, there were 98 passengers brought to alternative quarantines in Bangkok such as Nonthaburi Hotels And the Samut Prakan.

The second flight from Qatar by Qatar Airways, flight QR836, landed at 14.10 hours, with 2 Thai nationals. Zero passengers were found to have a high fever, therefore taken to the bus to conduct 14-day quarantine at the Elegant Hotel.

Flight 3 from the Philippines by AirAsia Philippine Airlines Flight Z2 8287 landed at 8:45 PM, with 163 passengers being Filipino nationals. Most obtained a teacher work permit in Thailand and passed the screening. Zero cases of high fever. Therefore taken to the bus to conduct 14-day quarantine at Bangkok Hotels.

And Flight 4 from the United States (via South Korea) by Korean Air, flight KE 651, landed at 21.45 hours, with 288 passengers, 155 Thais, 2 monks, 133 foreigners were all screened and found zero cases of high fever. Therefore taken to the bus for 14-day quarantine at Bangkok hotels.
